Dispatch

Shipping details: All our packages leave our Medaka fish farm and are shipped to your home with care. We rely on POSTNL, UPS, DHL, and DPD for fast and reliable delivery.

Shipping schedule: To ensure the health and well-being of our fish, we've implemented a shipping policy limiting orders to Mondays and Tuesdays. This precaution prevents your aquatic pets from being held at the post office over the weekend and ensures a safe and seamless journey to their new home.

Shipping rates: Our shipping rates are adjusted based on the size of your order, with two tiers for both small and large packages. You can take advantage of our exceptional standard/express shipping services:

Tracking and notifications: Stay informed! we'll immediately Send you tracking numbers by email as soon as your order begins its journey from our farm to your aquarium or pond.

Post box and processing time: We cannot ship live animals to PO Boxes. If a PO Box address is provided at checkout, we will temporarily hold the order until a physical address is provided. Our standard processing time ranges from 1-9 business days, with the possibility of slight extensions during severe weather conditions in both summer and winter. Your cooperation in these situations is greatly appreciated, as it ensures the well-being of our beloved aquatic animals.

Limitations and warranties: Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer shipping to Hawaii and Puerto Rico due to government regulations and the possibility of delays. In the unlikely event you experience any issues with your shipment, please don't hesitate to contact us. At our company, we stand behind every shipment we send with our 100% Live Healthy Arrival Guarantee. This means that in the unlikely event that any of the animals or plants in your order arrive dead, we will offer a refund for the exact cost of the item or provide a non-expiring credit for the amount of the loss. Please note that all guarantees are subject to our discretion.

While we take great care of the health and well-being of our livestock during transport, we cannot guarantee their health after arrival. It is the customer's responsibility to create a suitable environment for the Medaka, taking into account factors such as compatibility with other animals, water quality, and a healthy diet.

We encourage our customers to prioritize the long-term health of the animals they purchase by providing them with the best possible care.

Conditions to qualify for our guarantee:

  • All claims must be reported to us within 72 hours of delivery. (Follow the instructions below.)
  • A clear photograph of the damaged, sick or dead fish, invertebrate, plant or dry goods is required.
  • If you miss delivery and the package is delayed by a day or more, we cannot be held responsible for any losses. It is the customer's responsibility to check the tracking number before delivery. Tracking numbers are provided in the order confirmation emails.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping information. We cannot be held responsible for deliveries to the address provided if that address was incorrect.
  • Any extras shipped in are not covered by the warranty.

  • Take contact us to file your claim.
  • Please tell us the reason for return.
  • Take 1-3 photos upon receiving the order.

Returns Policy

  • We do not accept returns for livestock, plants, or perishable items.

Our refund and return policy Lasts 30 Days. if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can't offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods do not need to be returned. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines are not eligible for return. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you're returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
